Willard Boyd, III and David J. Bright

Willard L. Boyd III is an attorney in the Business, Finance, and Real Estate Department of Nyemaster Goode, P.C. He is a co-author of the Nonprofit Corporations chapter of the ISBA Business Law Manual and a former chair of The Iowa State Bar Association Business Law Section.

David J. Bright is an attorney in the Business, Finance, and Real Estate Department of Nyemaster Goode, P.C. In practice since 2002, David’s general legal practice includes, but is not limited to, the representation of nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. He is a frequent speaker on issues related to these organizations, on topics that include business formation, philanthropy, corporate governance, IRS compliance and museum law.
