William Raisch, Corporate Counsel Section Chair and Adjunct Professor at Drake Law School

At this seminar/webinar, attendees will be presented with a number of scenarios involving ethical issues or problems and asked to comment on the scenarios drawing out (1) any ethical or moral issues or dilemma; (2) any pragmatic or practical consideration or concern raised by the situation; (3) any applicable legal or administrative principle, canon or rule, including references to the Iowa or Model Rules of Professional Conduct. A copy of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility will be provided. You get to participate and decide how you and others would handle these types of situations. This ethics presentation format has been popular with attendees and Bill has been doing such ethics presentations since 1994.

William Raisch is a 1974 Drake Law graduate. He served 14 years as an Assistant Attorney General primarily as a litigator in antitrust and securities. He was general counsel for a medium sized multi-nation company for 20 years and currently teaches at Drake Law School in antitrust and complex litigation.
